Inspired by the Arabian seafaring tradition, the hotel is shaped like a huge breaking wave. From the sail shaped canopies to extensive boardwalks and shimmering facades, its design, both exterior and interior, is truly beguiling, a stunning example of modern Arabic architecture.
The hotel is over 300 meters in length and 100 meters in Height. At 50 m2 in area, the rooms exceed international standards and are bigger than those found in most international hotels.
Over 30,000 m3 of high-performance concrete mixes were supplied for this project.
